Set to Simmer
Hi 100 milers,
I have some friends who have recently started a cooking/food show on
CKUW called "Set to Simmer" (Mondays at 12:00) and they've asked me to
be on the show talking about my experience doing the 100-mile diet. I will be on the October 19 show..CKUW is at 95.9 on your radio.
cheers,
Katie Haig-Anderson
